The project is a renovation to an existing 80’s lake house located in Lake Oconee GA.  The 1/2-acre project site is wooded, sloping towards the lake.  The project is 3000USF consisting of 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and was inspired by modern farmhouse design. The planning goals were to create a casual space for the owner, family and friends that oriented to the lake views, expanding the square footage for an entertainment kitchen and by merging interior space with the exterior via covered decks.
